Lat Pull

Start with your feet shoulder width apart and hold on to the band in each hand approximately shoulder width apart as well. Hold arms overhead and begin pulling band wide as you lower your arms down keeping elbows bent. Then extend arms up over head again with control. Do this exercise 10 x
Medial Delt

Again feet shoulder width apart, holding the band out in front of your body, chest level and shoulder width. Pull band outward and then return to original position. Exhale on the pull outward, this works the outer muscle on your upper arm. Makes for GREAT sleeveless arms. 10 x please
Bicep Curl

Hold bands and tighten up on them to a favorable length. Remember, shorter is harder, so start smart. Let's start with your right arm. hold your left hand into you tummy and pull up on the right arm toward your rlght shoulder, this works the bicep muscle. Again do this 10x
